From Long Island – Take the ramp to I-495 W / New York and merge onto Expy Dr. N. Merge onto I-495 via the ramp on the left to New York. Take exit 17 W toward I-278 W / Brooklyn / Queens Expressway / Brooklyn. Merge onto Q Mid Expressway Lower Deck En. Take the ramp to 48 St / I-278 W. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-278 W / Brooklyn and merge onto I-278 W. Take exit 12 for Slosson Avenue toward Todt Hill Road. Turn right on Slosson Avenue. Take the second right onto Victory Blvd. Park Avenue Podiatric Associates will be on the right.

From New Jersey - Merge onto I-195 W via the ramp to Trenton. Take exit 6 for New Jersey Turnpike.
