Dr Emanuel SergiEmanuel Sergi, DPM

Emanuel Sergi, DPM, is a podiatric surgeon who specializes in the functional and cosmetic treatment of a wide range of foot conditions. After completing his undergraduate work at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Sergi earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating from medical school in June 2004, Dr. Sergi completed a two year primary podiatric medical and surgical residency at NYU Downtown Hospital. During his residency, Dr. Sergi trained extensively in the treatment of diabetic wounds at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City. Upon the completion of his residency, he spent two years training and perfecting cosmetic foot surgery techniques.

Dr. Sergi is dedicated to remaining on the forefront of the latest advances in surgical techniques. He is the sole developer and practitioner of Slimline Bunion Surgery, an innovative approach to bunion removal that provides patients with optimal functional and cosmetic post-surgical outcomes.

In addition to his private practices located in Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn, Dr. Sergi is currently an attending at NYU Downtown Hospital and Gramercy Park Surgical Center. He is an extremely caring doctor who strives to develop a good rapport with his patients.

Dr. Jacobs is a podiatric physician specializing in foot and ankle surgery.   He performs procedures to correct years of painful conditions such as bunions, hammertoes and chronic heel pain.  Dr. Jacobs was trained at NYU-Downtown Hospital where he served as chief resident.  He completed a wound care training program at  the diabetic lower extremity wound care clinic at the Hospital for Joint diseases in New York City.  He is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.




Johanna S. Youner, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Youner has a life long interest in combining health and beauty. As an attending podiatric physician at New York University Downtown Hospital and in private practice at 40 Park Avenue, she and her staff are able to achieve these goals.

Dr. Youner is a Board Certified (ABPS) foot surgeon and a graduate of California College of Podiatric Medicine (1990), as well as Barnard College (1983). She has finished three years of residency training in both podiatric medicine and surgery. The techniques of foot care and foot health she employs are cutting edge, using innovative yet safe techniques for foot problems.
